FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How can we be sure that the selected candidate is good?
Selection of the candidate is done by experienced experts who, depending on the individual work required by the client/employer, know how to professionally assess the candidate.
What happens if the candidate does not meet up expectations?
Each candidate has a trial period of work, where the client assesses whether the candidate is acceptable or not. The trial period lasts 3 months. In the event that the candidate did not meet expectations, participation may be terminated and he/she may be sent back or it can be used for another suitable position and agreed on other conditions suitable for the position.
How do we know how it is prepared or obtain a work permit or documentation?
There are prescribed procedures for this, which are helpful to you and are published on the websites of employment offices or Ministries. Our partners (experts) who have experience in processing work permits can help you with this.
How about accommodation/sleeping arrangements?
It is a matter of agreement or the stay is arranged and paid for by the employer or the employee. In any case, it is necessary to take care of the first accommodation by the employer or with our help. If possible, it is recommended that people from the same country are housed together or in close proximity.
How's with the food?
Unless otherwise agreed, the employer usually provides one meal at the workplace. The workers take care of the other meals themselves, they usually cook for themselves, so it is recommended that they have the option of a kitchen in the accommodation.''
