WAY OF WORKING
The customer establishes contact with us
The method of cooperation is explained to the client
The customer fills out a request to find the necessary staff (fill in the form)
The client signs a cooperation agreement
The search for personnel based on the client's requirements begins
A shortlist of candidates is selected
Testing of selected candidates is carried out
A set of candidates and their documentation is forwarded
The client conducts a final interview with the candidates via video call or meets him/her personally (at location of recruitment - in the country where the candidates are from)
The client confirms the suitable candidate/s
The process of editing documentation (visa, employment contract,...) begins
Once the work permit is obtained, the candidate/s are sent to the client's nearest airport, where they takes over
The client has candidate(s) on an agreed trial period
gets 3 months)
The customer informs or provides feedback regarding the satisfaction of the candidate/s
